Due to the limited clearance inside the inner rims of factory 15–18 inch wheels commonly found on compact vehicles and K-Cars, conventional multi-piston or Hollow calipers often present fitment issues. Their overall thickness and external profile frequently interfere with the wheel structure, making it difficult or impossible to upgrade to high-performance braking systems. This has long been a major limitation for vehicles equipped with small-diameter wheels.
To address this challenge, we developed a world-patented Single-Sided Piston Caliper Upgrade System, using the mounting thickness of the OEM single-piston caliper as the baseline reference. Without compromising braking performance, this system requires 26mm less clearance within the inner rims compared to typical Hollow multi-piston calipers, significantly improving compatibility with factory small-size wheels.
By retaining the original caliper mounting space and geometry, the system delivers multi-piston–level braking performance and visual presence, making it the ideal solution for tuners who wish to preserve OEM wheel designs while achieving a substantial braking upgrade.
The system adopts an OEM-style single-sided floating caliper architecture, effectively reducing operational vibration and maintaining excellent braking stability. The forged aluminum caliper body, combined with an enlarged brake pad surface area, delivers a noticeable improvement in braking force and thermal resistance.
In addition, the system is equipped as standard with two-piece ventilated brake rotors, which reduce unsprung weight while significantly enhance heat dissipation, further improving overall braking performance.
We offer 4 rotor size options to cover a wide range of applications:
286 × 22 mm
304 × 22 mm
330 × 22 mm
350 × 22 mm
These configurations are fully compatible with 15–18 inch wheels, specifically designed to meet the upgrade demands of vehicles retaining OEM small-diameter rims.
Despite its ultra-slim profile, the system maintains the three-dimensional aesthetics and motorsport-inspired styling typically associated with large multi-piston big brake kits—delivering an optimal balance of performance, appearance, and real-world usability.
